  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp white miso 
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar of choice (optional)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk well.
  2. Serving suggestion: Serve as a dip with fresh or lightly steamed vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower florets, sweet potatoes, sugar snap peas, asparagus, carrots, celery sticks, and radishes.
